These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 388wni ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 388wni website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through 388wni, you unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
388wni is an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform. These Terms govern all aspects of the relationship between 388wni and its registered users, including account opening, financial transactions, bonus claims, betting rules and responsible gambling obligations.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with 388wni, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: 388wni strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the minimum age requirement. Age verification will be conducted during the KYC process. If a User is found to be underage, all winnings will be voided and all deposits returned where legally permissible. We do not represent that being 18 or older makes gambling lawful in Pakistan.
Each individual user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 388wni Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in:
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested. You must promptly update any information that changes. 388wni reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed or where information is found to be false or misleading.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 388wni immediately via Live Chat or the support email if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 388wni will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
388wni is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. You agree to provide the following documentation when requested:
Failure to provide complete KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 388wni may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until documentation is received and verified. 388wni will not be liable for any delays to withdrawals arising from incomplete KYC submissions.
References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah in these Terms are made purely for user identification and verification context. 388wni does not claim endorsement by, affiliation with, or support from any of these payment providers for gambling services. Each provider's own terms and conditions govern their services.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit amounts and available payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously verified through the KYC process. 388wni reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method before processing any withdrawal to an alternative method. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are published in the cashier and are subject to change.
Where displayed, amounts on 388wni are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If a deposit is made in a currency other than PKR, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the Platform at the time of the transaction. 388wni will not be liable for any fluctuation in exchange rates.
Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and approved, it cannot be reversed except where 388wni determines that the withdrawal was made in error, in violation of these Terms, or where reversal is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. 388wni reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any payment made as a result of technical error, system malfunction or fraudulent activity.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional rewards ("Offers") are subject to specific terms stated at the time of each Offer. Where these general Terms and the specific Offer terms conflict, the Offer-specific terms prevail. 388wni reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Offer at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise specified in an individual Offer, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages and expiry window will be stated in each Offer. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires a total of PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. These are illustrative figures — always refer to the live Offer terms.
While Bonus Funds are active in a User's Account, a maximum single bet or spin limit applies. The specific limit is stated in each Offer. Placing wagers that exceed this limit while a bonus is active — whether intentional or not — may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
388wni takes bonus integrity seriously. Any activity that 388wni determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings and potential account suspension.
Users may hold only one active bonus at any time unless the specific Offer terms state otherwise. Opting into a new Offer while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
A bet or wager is confirmed only when 388wni accepts it and issues a valid bet reference. Bets placed during periods of technical error, communication failure or where the Platform is unable to receive bets correctly may be voided at 388wni's discretion.
388wni reserves the right to void bets at any time where it is evident that an error occurred in the published odds, such as pricing that is clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, data feed error or human input mistake. The determination of a "palpable error" is at the sole reasonable discretion of 388wni, acting in good faith.
In the event of a sporting event being cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the timelines specified in the sport-specific betting rules, affected bets will be settled in accordance with those rules. Where no specific rule covers the situation, 388wni may settle bets at its discretion or void the affected selections.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and vary by sport, market type and event. Limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. 388wni reserves the right to impose additional limits on individual accounts at its discretion.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 388wni Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds and legal action where applicable:
All content on the 388wni Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, odds data and user interface elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of 388wni or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 388wni.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388wni shall not be liable for:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their formation, validity, interpretation or breach, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of the licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
